Join a park naturalist for a morning bird and nature walk through our beautiful Brazos River bottomland forest. This easy hike will take us through habitats sculpted by the Brazos River, where we will see and hear many of the bird species that find safe haven in the park.
Fee: program is free to all who have paid $4.00 park admission. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Optional items to bring: water, camera, binoculars, bug spray, sun block, field guide, hat. Please dress appropriately for the weather, and wear closed-toe shoes (hiking boots or sneakers with tread are best, as the trails can be slippery if wet).
